We think that this innovative Learn as you go programme can represent a great opportunity for professional development and for refreshing skills, providing essential tools for an effective response to the challenges we are all facing”.

Federico Frattini, Dean of MIP Politecnico di Milano

DIGITAL WORKSHOPS

The Learn as you go inspiring digital workshops are characterised by a highly experiential approach inspired by the importance of capturing ideas, stimuli, and suggestions from managers and professionals who have faced complex challenges within their organisations. Their contributions are introduced and guided by a MIP Politecnico di Milano Faculty lecturer, and allow the participants to share their knowledge and experiences in a 360° exchange of ideas.

What are the benefits?

  • Access new ideas and share views to help you drive your business;
  • Identify new development opportunities for your career and work;
  • Identify possible problems and challenges that the practitioners involved in the workshop are experiencing and that need to be addressed to ensure a rapid recovery and the revitalisation of our organisations.

The Learn as you go empowering digital workshops aim to transfer to the participants practical, actionable skills relating to management issues relevant to the development of their organisations and professional careers, through their effective implementation in application cases, exercises and teamwork.

What are the benefits?

  • Acquire skills, tools and methods that can be used immediately in your work environment;
