All company roles and functions need an ever more extensive range of transferable soft skills, which provide a real feature of differentiation when increasing one’s powers of leadership and for facing the future with the correct level of adaptability.
The Leadership Experiential Path is a personal soft skills development programme, which aims to build the foundations for organisational behaviour and personal development within an organisation.
The goal of the Leadership Experiential Path is to work on the personal development of the key capabilities needed by leaders to carry out their role. The programme includes courses on Organisational behaviour, Outdoor Experience, Virtual Team Learning and Practising Leadership meetings, with the goal of learning and applying innovative leadership concepts thanks to the support of an internationally recognised Faculty and the voices of managers and recognised professionals from the business world.
Alternatively or in addition to an Elective course, EMBA students may apply to the “Doing Business in” programme, the International Week or Exchanges.
The course takes place at a Business School partner with the aim of getting an in-depth view of the socio-economic characteristics of the host country. During the week, lectures with the partner university’s Faculty members are alternated with educational visits to local and multinational companies, with the aim of studying success stories and understanding the problems of multicultural management.
Also available is an opportunity to attend the “Doing Business in” programme in Silicon Valley, with the aim of developing a greater sensitivity towards the themes of innovation and entrepreneurship through a series of lectures and meetings with managers and professionals working in some of the most innovative companies in the world.
There is also the opportunity to enrich your education by applying for one or more three-day Elective courses at European Business Schools in order to tackle internationalisation from all angles and meet executives who have faced the internationalisation process and will discuss related critical issues and opportunities.

The EMBA path concludes with the possibility of carrying out a real business innovation or entrepreneurial development project, in which the concepts learned in the Master can be applied to a concrete business case. The Business Transformation Project represents an excellent opportunity to carry out consulting projects in your company or to develop a new business idea, with the supervision and guidance of a tutor from the Faculty.
