Research interests: My research aims at developing structured and formal approaches to assess the dynamics of gender biases in both one-to-one and one-to-many social interactions (e.g., investment pitches, commercial negotiations, job interviews, lessons, scientific presentations, etc.). Further, the research will work to identify the consequences of such biases and the factors worsening/weakening them, in order to propose some mitigation actions
