Research interests: His research interests are broadly related to the organization theory and strategy domains, with a focus on family business. Specifically, his research purpose is to explore how pluralism, especially related to social and organizational identity, affects firms' strategic outcomes. Furthermore, he is also interested in 1 the relationship between method and theorizing in qualitative research, and 2 the rigor-relevance paradox in the management field.
