Since 2004, Marco Giorgino has been Full Professor of Financial Markets & Institutions and Financial Risk Management at Politecnico di Milano. Alongside that, he is Full Professor at MIP, where he holds several different roles: Director of the International Master in Financial Risk Management (IMIFRIM), Scientific Director of the Banking and Finance area, and Chair of Finance for various MBAs and Executive MBAs.
He carries out seminary training activities for the management of both Italian and international banking groups, institutional investors and industry groups. On top of that, he undertakes consulting activities in the fields of corporate financial evaluation and extraordinary finance operations. He has been part of the Board of Directors and Board of Auditors in several industrial, finance and banking corporations – some of which were under European banking supervision – as well as of supervisory bodies.
