Strategic Plan

In line with the Strategic Plan of the Politecnico di Milano, the School defines its strategic priorities and objectives on a three-year basis. Consistency between the School of Management’s Strategic Plan and that of the Politecnico di Milano is reinforced by the School Project being approved by the Academic Senate, following positive evaluation by the Research Commission of the Academic Senate.

SoM Strategic Plan is then developed into specific Strategic Projects for the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering and POLIMI Graduate School of Management, according to their specific planning processes, that are then approved by the Executive Board and Department Council.
