Marco Guerci – Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Studies at the Department of Social and Political Sciences of Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy. His research, employing a Business & Society approach, critically and empirically explored the relation(s) between employment relation practices and social issues, like firm financialization, labor income inequality, class-based inequality and discrimination, organized crime, whistleblowing and organizational ethics, social and environmental sustainability. He epistemologically engages with so called Mode 2 research, that can be defined as social research which – being designed and performed with (instead of on) stakeholders – has the aim to be both theoretically interesting and practically relevant.
