She is a renowned researcher in the field of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Strategies, with particular emphasis on organizational models and Sustainable innovation.
She is co-Director of the Food Sustainability Observatory of the School of Management.
She is the author of some books and over 60 papers published in international journals. A number of her papers have been awarded for their excellence.
