The “Digital Innovation in Public Settings” knowledge center investigates how Public Administrations (PAs) and Educational and Cultural Institutions can be enhanced and transformed through the strategic use of digital technologies to generate Public Value.
Drawing on rigorous expertise and evidence-based research, the Center supports PAs and Educational and Cultural Institutions in the adoption and effective implementation of digital platforms and tools, with a particular focus on change management processes and the empowerment of public sector employees.
