LEADIN’ LAB – LEAdership, Design and INnovation Laboratory supports companies, professionals, and institutions in understanding and governing innovation and design processes that are reshaping value creation within organizations and society.

The center combines analytical capabilities and creative approaches to explore new strategic directions and design possible and desirable futures. Through an experimental, research-based approach, it develops models, tools, and insights to support innovation and organizational transformation.

LEADIN’ LAB’s activities range from design-driven innovation to leadership, from platform thinking to future making, from experience innovation to project management, with the aim of generating sustainable value and addressing today’s social, economic, and technological challenges.
