The “People and Organizational Transformation” knowledge center studies how organizations can improve performance and realize and sustain transformation by aligning people, processes, organizational structure, and culture. Its research explores how organizations can navigate complexity, continuous change, and technological and societal challenges.
Combining scientific rigour with applied research, the center generates evidence-based and actionable insights. It helps organisations build healthy, resilient and future-ready workplaces by providing organisational diagnostics and initiatives for leadership and teamwork development, employee engagement and wellbeing, psychological safety, and designing new ways of working and organisational models.
Particular attention is given to people-centred approaches to digital and green transformation, integrating change management, organisational design, and socio-technical perspectives.
Through research partnerships, advisory projects, training and action research, the center collaborates with organisations to help them become adaptive, high-performing, and sustainable.
