Master Coach (MCC), Professor and Senior Consultant in the area of Managerial and Personal Development. Thirteen years Human Resources Director at Anglo-Saxon multinationals. She has dealt with managerial development, coaching, staff selection, training, definition of people strategy, reorganizations.
Graduated in Modern Literature at the Catholic University of Milan, she attended in-depth courses in the field of Personal Development, Communication, Conflict Management, Leadership Development and Human Resource Management. Specialized in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and expert in the use of “Voice Dialogue” and in Purpose Development. She has experience in the use of Psychodrama applied to emotional maintenance. She studied at the Teleos Leadership Institute (Philadelphia – USA), specializing in the use and development of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF – USA) and a certified Executive Coach of the method MBTI® Practitioner with OPP Limited Europe (UK). She has a certificate and specialization in Mentor Coaching and Supervision.
She is specialized in carrying out Assessment Centers with a focus on the evaluation of personal and managerial potential. She has a solid experience in the management and development of talents, in team building, in the enhancement of diversity. Expert in the expression and management of emotions through movement. As a consultant and coach, she is appreciated for her concrete, empathetic and competent approach that allows clients to achieve greater awareness and accelerate their personal and professional development path.
She has been collaborating for many years with Polimi Management School of Business (Polytechnic University of Milan) as an Executive Coach and Lecturer in the Personal Development and Organizational Behavior area; is Adjunct Professor, member of the Faculty of the Business School.
