Research

Riccardo’s main research interests are focused on ICT supporting Logistics and Supply Chain Management. More in detail, his first area of investigation is logistics in the B2c eCommerce field, with specific attention to last mile delivery from different perspectives: costs, service level and sustainability. Particular attention is also devoted to logistics solutions supporting digital export, mainly on the American and Chinese markets. Riccardo is also investigating the opportunities related to the adoption of ICT solutions to support Supply Chain management processes (e.g. order cycle, planning processes).
