IMI4.0 – International Master in Smart Operations and Industry 4.0

DigitalExperience-1

THE MASTER FOR THE CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICERS OF THE FUTURE

Major of the International Master in Digital Transformation

In today’s increasingly complex competitive scenario, a strong competitive advantage can be achieved by integrating the activities of all the different areas involved in delivering products and services to customers. In order to do so, a growing number of companies are appointing a Chief Operations Officer to coordinate the different functions. In this context, Digitalisation and Industry 4.0 are an emerging technological breakthrough, and one of the main issues Operations Managers will have to address in their activities. Therefore, an Operations manager with a specific competence in these topics is currently one of the most sought-after figures by any company.
The International Master in Smart Operations and Industry 4.0 aims to equip students with the capability to manage the challenge of Industry 4.0, combining the process, the product and the technological view. In this way, our students will be trained to use the levers of Industry 4.0 as an innovative tool in the company and in supply chains, also fostering sustainability along all of the tiers of the value chain.

*In order to fully participate in classes and company visits, presence on campus is strongly suggested, especially since January 2023. In case of visa delays, travel barriers or other specific issues, it will be possible to continue attending online.
