Jinou (Valentina) Xu is an Assistant Professor and Researcher in the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. She teaches Production and Supply Chain Management across BSc, MSc, and Master programs at Politecnico di Milano and the POLIMI Graduate School of Management. Her early research focused on the development of skills and capabilities for supply chain technology adoption. More recently, her work has shifted toward humanizing supply chains by amplifying marginalized voices and fostering inclusive dialogue to promote fairness, social and environmental responsibility, and systemic transformation.
