Giulia Bartezzaghi is Program Manager of the Food Sustainability Lab. Her main research area is focused on sustainability-oriented innovation and circular economy in the agri-food sector. Within the Lab, she is Director of the Food Sustainability Observatory and Project Manager of other experimental projects aimed at promoting more sustainable agri-food systems through innovations in technologies, value chains, business models and urban food policies, as well as recovering and redistributing surplus food for social need within the urban context.
