Paola Bellis is a Junior Assistant Professor in Management Engineering at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano where she carried on her research related to explore the potentiality of pairs dynamics in innovative projects. Paola is also Coordinator and Project Manager at IDeaLs, a research platform founded by Politecnico di Milano and the Center for Creative Leadership. IDeaLs involve 8 international companies with the objective to investigate how to engage people within an organization to make innovation happen. Previously, Paola served as Product Manager for the Global Marketing division of illycaffè.
