Tommaso Tropeano, PhD at Politecnico di Milano, Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, is a post doc researcher. His research is mainly focused on Public-Private Partnerships, Social Impact and Social Innovation. He is lecturing in multiple courses among with the course on Management for Sustainability and Impact in the MSc degree on Management Engineering. He has spent a visiting research period at the Government Outcome Lab at the Blavatnik School of Governance, University of Oxford. ​

Research

His research mainly focuses on new forms of relationships between heterogeneous actors in the context of mission-oriented policies designed to address grand societal challenges. His work investigates how these forms of partnerships can be innovated, managed, and measured to ensure their capacity to generate public value holistically.
