Francesca Romana is an Organizational Psychologist and has been part of the Faculty since 2005, teaching People Management and Personal Development. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) for I.C.F. and an Associate of the Teleos Leadership Institute (USA), MindGym (UK), Coachub (DE). For 15 years, she has worked as a Senior Educational Architect at Centro Elis, Cefriel – Politecnico di Milano. She founded a Performative Leadership Process to better integrate body, mind, and spirit, with a special focus on Purpose (Mind At Work UK), promoting less ego-systemic and more eco-systemic behaviors.
