Share MIP is back with Purpose Talks, a cycle of events that involves the participation of teachers, business managers and coaches. The event will focus on the need for companies and organisations to move towards a new leadership model characterised by a higher purpose, which puts people at the centre for a successful business.
On Monday, March 14, 2022, you will have the opportunity to meet Fabio Moioli, Consulting & Services Head at Microsoft, who will share his experience as a manager at Microsoft and the path that the company is taking in the direction of purpose.
Also speaking alongside our guest will be Mario Calderini, Full Professor of Management for Sustainability and Impact at Politecnico di Milano.
The event will be inaugurated by Antonella Moretto Associate Dean of MIP Graduate School of Business, who will present MIP’s International Full-Time MBA, focusing on the programme and its objectives.

About the Speakers

Fabio Moioli is the Director of the Consulting Services Division of Microsoft Italia, whose objective is to support Italian companies in the path of digitalisation and adoption of the most innovative digital technologies.
Before joining Microsoft, Moioli gained solid experience in Capgemini, where he held the role of Vice President Telecom & Media. Currently he is also Director OCP in Artificial Intelligence at MIP. |

Mario Calderini a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester, is full Professor at Politecnico di Milano, where he teaches Management for Sustainability and Impact and he is the Director of Tiresia, the PoliMi SoM’s Research Centre for Impact Finance and Innovation. He is cabinet advisor to the Minister of Innovation and a member of the Sustainable Finance for Infrastructure Advisory Board established by Minister Giovannini. He has been the Director of Alta Scuola Politecnica and Executive Vice President of Fondazione Politecnico. |

Antonella Moretto is Associate Dean of MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. She is the Vice Director of the MBA and Executive MBA Area at MIP. She also teaches Supplier Relationship Management at the MSc in Management Engineering, and she is part of the core faculty of the MIP Graduate School of Business in the area of Purchasing and Supply Management. |
