How to grow professionally with an MBA: a headhunter’s perspective

Why an MBA? For many candidates, an MBA means a professional growth in terms of skills or a career change: developing new competencies, generating a new and stronger company network, developing self-marketing strategies.

But which competencies are companies and Headhunters looking for? How can MBAs help candidates in achieving their professional goal?

On Saturday, May 18th at 10AM, MIP Politecnico di Milano will be pleased to answer this and many more questions interacting with our guest Massimo Secco d’Aragona, Headhunter – Practice Leader in Badenoch & Clark. In addition to him, two MBA Alumni, Alessandro Alberici – Senior Operations Manager in Amazon e Nicola Draghi, Pathways Operations Manager in Amazon, , who succesfully completed both the Part Time and Full Time MBA at MIP, will join the presentation since they are now themselves recruiting new talents.

During the event you will have the chance to learn more about our International MBA programs (International Full Time MBA, International Part Time MBA, Distance Learning MBA), designed to accelerate the professional growth of all our students by preparing them to face the new challenges of the job market.

The event will finish at 1 PM with a light lunch of networking during which you will meet other like-minded professionals, who just like you are willing to undertake an MBA.

The Recruitment Staff will be at your complete disposal for any questions you may have, as well as to meet you for a dedicated info session. Should you have any questions or need help attending the event, please write to infomasters@mip.polimi.it
