The master promotes stage arts as a fundamental social, political and economic asset, and live performances as a means for conserving and passing on to future generations a people’s cultural heritage and identity. The program prepares global professionals who can bring a solid cultural and artistic background coupled with economic and managerial skills to the production of stage performances, offering a particular focus on Europe, North America and emerging markets with lectures led by international and renowned experts.
Centring the development of each individual student, the curriculum features an organically structured set of complementary and interdependent modules and activities allowing our students to learn and develop managerial skills in each area of the performing arts’ field. The close bond with Teatro alla Scala and the chance to learn with top professionals from different departments of the theatre allows our students to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the performing arts field and to live the unique experience of La Scala.
The course guarantees an internship for each student at an internationally acclaimed cultural institution.
