Riccardo Mangiaracina is Associate Professor of Logistics and Production Systems at Politecnico di Milano and, since 2016, the Director of the International-Flex Executive MBA at MIP. Riccardo is the scientific Director of two Observatories – “Electronic invoicing and B2b eCommerce” and “B2c eCommerce” ̶ and the Director of the “Digital Export” Observatory. He is a member of the Italian Association of Professors of Industrial Plants Design & Management (AIDI) and author of more than 30 papers published in international journals and conference proceedings, mainly on the subjects of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B2c and B2b eCommerce. |
