Cristina Masella is a full professor at Politecnico di Milano, where she teaches Business Administration. She is member of the Academic Senate and Rector’s Delegate for Budget and Control. She is member of the Board of Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome and of the Assessment Board of IULM University. She has been Director of the Department of Management Engineering (2010-2016), Vice President of the MIP-Graduate School of Business (2015-2017). She has been appointed by Lombardy Region as a Member of the Commission that selected the CEO of Health Public companies (twice 2018 and 2015) and as a member of the expert commission for the Health Regional Reform (2013-2017).

Sergio Mariotti is Retired Full Professor of Industrial Economics. He is Director of the project on the Internationalization of the Italian Economy sponsored by the Italian Trade Agency. He coordinated research for European Commission, CNR , MIUR, Bank of Italy, Confindustria, ENEA. He served as advisor for multinational enterprises and institutions. He is author of 395 papers. He has published in journals such as Economic Geography, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, Journal of Economic Geography, Journal of International Business Studies, Industrial and Corporate Change, Regional Studies, Research Policy. He is Honorary Editor of the Journal of Industrial & Business Economics.

Riccardo Mangiaracina is Associate Professor of Logistics and Production Systems at Politecnico di Milano and, since 2016, the Director of the International-Flex Executive MBA at MIP. Riccardo is the scientific Director of two Observatories - “Electronic invoicing and B2b eCommerce” and “B2c eCommerce” - and the Director of the “Digital Export” Observatory. He is a member of the Italian Association of Professors of Industrial Plants Design & Management (AIDI) and author of more than 30 papers published on international journals and conference proceedings, mainly on the subjects of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, B2c and B2b eCommerce.

Mauro Mancini is associate professor at the Department of Management, Economics and industrial Engineering and teaches Project Management and Industrial Plants at master degree programs and post graduate programs (at MIP). He is Director of an international Master in Project Management (past director of Executive Master in nuclear Plant Construction Management and in master in Strategic Project Management European) and member of ANIMP (Italian Association Industrial Plant Engineering).

Marco Macchi is Associate Professor, currently teaching Industrial Technologies and Asset Lifecycle Management at Politecnico di Milano, also acting as Director of the Master programme meGMI (executive in Gestione degli Asset Industriali e della Manutenzione), by MIP Politecnico di Milano – Graduate School of Business and the School of Management of Università degli Studi di Bergamo. He is chair of the IFAC Working Group A-MEST (Advanced Maintenance Engineering, Services and Technology), vice-chair of the IFAC Technical Committee 5.1 Manufacturing Plant Control, and Book Reviews Editor of the International Journal of Production Planning & Control: The Management of Operations.

Graduated cum laude in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, he holds a Ph.D. in Management Engineering at University of Padova.  Associate Professor since 2001, he is Head of the Accounting, Control and Performance Management teaching area at MIP Graduate School of Business, where he teaches also Sustainability Strategy. He is Scientific Director of the Observatory on Energy Cybersecurity. In the past he was also member of the Board of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering and member of the Executive Committee of MIP (with the role of Deputy Dean for Alumni Relations). At MIP he was also Director of the Executive MBA and of the MBA Part Time.
