Nicola is a research fellow in health care management and innovation. His research interests mainly concern the study of patient-centered measures in health care (patient preferences and expectations, engagement, experience and satisfaction, reported outcomes, and reported quality of life). His research methodology follows a mixed approach seeking the active involvement of patients, families, and caregivers and the use of advanced statistics to enhance the interpretation of empiric data. Involved in several Italian and European projects related to management and innovation practices in health care, he's currently a teaching assistant and lecturer in Economics and Business Organization.
