Arrigo Berni joined Moleskine as CEO in 2006, transforming a small, 20 people operation, with a turnover of €20 million, into a global company of 500+ people and €190 million turnover. After listing the company on the Milan Stock Exchange in 2013, he took it private again in 2016 and now serves as Chairman of the Board. A graduate of the Scuola Sant’Anna of the University of Pisa, prior to Moleskine he held management positions, in Italy and abroad, at Procter&Gamble, Bulgari, A.Testoni and Bain&Co.
