Following decades of experience in top management assignments in international business, strategy, sales and technology development with major global corporations (Honeywell UOP, ABB, Sirti and Saipem), based in the USA, UK, The Netherlands and Italy, today Prof. Brkic is a Management Consultant and a Guest Professor at POLIMI GSoM, where he lectures on internationalization and Advanced Project Management, with a special emphasis on the critical factors of success in managing mega-projects.
