Alberto Pozzi

Alberto Pozzi, graduated in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, is Adjunct Professor at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management (GSoM). He has more than fifteen years of professional and didactic experience (teaching at Politecnico di Milano, at the GSoM and in other entities) in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Organization and Process Management. He collaborated in the management of many innovation projects in the Public Administration. He has been leading many re-organization and software projects in the private sector using both traditional and Agile (SCRUM) Project Management methodologies.
