Edoardo FAVARI is a Senior Project and Program Manager. After working for more than a decade in the field of infrastructures and major projects at an international level, he now works as a consultant on Large Engineering Projects management. He is a faculty at Polimi GSOM and adjunct professor at Politecnico di Milano. He holds a PhD in Infrastructure Engineering, and he is PMI-PMP® and PMI-ACP® certified. He always combined his professional activity with teaching and scientific research in the field: he is the author of several papers and books. He was part of the PMBOK®7 review team.
