Sergio Gonella – Director Culture, People Development & Recruiting in Wind Tre
Sergio Gonella is Director Culture, People Development & Recruiting at Wind Tre, the Telco operator resulting from the €6BN merger between Wind and H3G. Here he led strategies related to engaging, mobilising, integrating and developing people with the aim of supporting the Company’s new strategic and cultural framework, enabling its broad transformation program and promoting new leadership model and digital, innovation, data driven and agile approaches. In 2016 he had a leading role in planning the merger, working closely with shareholders on HR strategies. In H3G from 2005, he had a wide Executive role in HR with responsibility on Organization, Compensation, Learning, Development, Recruiting, Employer Branding and Internal Communication to support the €2BN mobile start-up growth. He has an Honours Degree at Bocconi and an MBA at INSEAD. He is President of the INSEAD Alumni Association of Italy and Adjunct Professor of Organization Behavior at LUISS Business School. He is coach and angel investor in innovative start-ups« |
