This type of constructive exchange can give you that extra confidence in your decisions. Furthermore, over a cycle of five meetings, you are given feedback on your career path and development prospects with respect to current and future market requirements. In order to offer a more focused customisation, we also bring in recruitment experts from Spring Professional, and propose another key instrument in career development, Flexa Assessment. MIP’s signature tool can guide you in running a skills check-up and propose material to improve your hard, soft and digital skills, and is a first step before you start the consultancy part of the program.
