Greta Maiocchi is currently Chief Costumers Management Officer at MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business where she manages a team of 30 employees and cross‐ functional teams across the organization in order to promote Master, Open programs and Corporate courses worldwide.

Massimiliano Guerini – Full Time MBA Director
With a background in Management Engineering, Massimiliano Guerini is an Assistant Professor at the Politecnico di Milano since 2015. His scientific activity is mainly in the area of Entrepreneurship, University-Industry Linkages and Entrepreneurial Finance. He has published on Journal of Business Venturing, California Management Review, Journal of Corporate Finance, Research Policy, and Small Business Economics, and other journals. Massimiliano has participated in numerous research projects, promoted by the European Commission and various private and public institutions. He regularly teaches Industrial Economics and Entrepreneurial Finance at MIP
