Prior to joining The Mind at Work, he served as CEO and Chairman of Moleskine between 2006 and 2019. During this period he transformed the company from a 20 people, €20M turnover operation, into a global company of 450 people with €150M turnover listed on the Milan Stock Exchange. This transformation was achieved by realising the power of Moleskine’s inspiring purpose and by leveraging The Mind at Work’s approach to developing and deploying strategies that deliver both remarkable results and a purposeful organisation.

Associate Professor of Strategy and Family Business at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. His has an outstanding track-record of research on strategy, entrepreneurship and innovation, focusing on a variety of organizational contexts ranging from large multinationals, public companies, and family-owned private businesses. He has specialized in helping organizations develop and execute purpose-full strategies that leverage innovation to create financial and socio-emotional wealth for all the stakeholders.
