Alessandra Patera is the Head of Marketing Development at DeA Capital SpA, where she promotes the coordination of the implementation of ESG issues at the level of the Dea Capital Platform.

In addition to fundraising activities, she promotes the integration and dissemination of responsible investment principles for the entire range of funds managed by the SGR, supporting the implementation and dissemination of best practices in the field of sustainability, also on behalf of investors.

She has gained 25 years of experience mainly in the finance, private equity and real estate sectors, dealing with development processes, including in the M&A sector, and the consequent oversight actions. She is a member of the AIFI ESG Working Group.

Giancarlo Giudici is full professor of Corporate Finance at the Milan Polytechnic’s School of Management. He is the author of many national and international publications on corporate finance issues. He is director of the Minibond Observatory, the Crowdinvesting Investing Observatory and the Crowdinvesting Observatory. Among his professional experiences, he was and still is an independent director of companies, SIMs and SGRs. He has directed many research projects for public institutions and private companies on the issues of business financing and asset management.
