Dr. Chiara Franzoni is Associate Professor at the School of Management and Director of the Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the MIP-Graduate School of Business. Her research focuses on Science, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Dr. Franzoni's researchhas been supported by the DG-Research of the European Commission and by research programs of the Sloan Fundation. She has served in expert panels for policy making in science and technology. Her research has been published in numerous journals including Science, Research Policy, Journal of Management Studies, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Nature Biotechnology, and PNAS.

Simone Franzò is Associate Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, where he is also Member of the Core Faculty. His research activities concern the study of managerial practices, strategies, and business models enabling energy and circular transitions, along with the analysis of the related economic and environmental impacts. He teaches Energy Management courses in MBA, Executive MBA, and other Postgraduate courses at the Polimi Graduate School of Management, where he is a member of the Core Faculty.

Andrea Flori is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. He holds a BSc in Economics of Financial Markets (in 2008) and a MSc in Finance (in 2010) both from the University of Siena and a PhD in Economics (in 2016) from IMT School for Advanced Studies (Lucca) where he also spent one year as a Postdoctoral fellow.

Giulia Felice is Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. She holds a BSc from Bocconi University of Milan and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pavia. She has been Marie Curie Scholar at UNU-MERIT in Maastricht, postdoc at the Department of Economics (DEMM) of the University of Milan and Marie-Curie fellow at the Department of Economics of the University Carlos III of Madrid. She has been involved in several projects funded by national and international institutions, among which the European Commission and the European Investment Bank. She is research fellow of the Centro Studi Luca d’Agliano.

Stefano Elia, Ph.D. in Management Engineering, is Associate Professor. He was “Dunning Visiting Fellow” at University of Reading, “Visiting Research Fellow” at University of Leeds and “Marie Curie Fellow” at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He joined the “Offshoring Research Network”, the European project “POREEN on Partnering Opportunities between Europe and China” and the European COST Action “The Emergence of Southern Multinationals and their impact on Europe”. He published in several international journals including Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Economic Geography, Journal of Economic Geography, Journal of World Business, Journal of Business Research, Global Strategy Journal.

Claudio Dell’Era is Associate Professor in Design Strategy at the School of Management - Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Co-Founder of LEADIN’Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation. He is also Director of the Observatory “Design Thinking for Business” of the School of Management –Politecnico di Milano. He is the Co-Director of the Executive Programme in “Innovation and Design Management” at the MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. He has published more than 100 journal papers, conference articles and chapters in edited books in the area of Innovation and Design Management.
