Research projects: Oct 2024 - Present: Research on the integration of artificial intelligence into service design processes, with a focus on its implications for decision-making, collaboration, value creation, and educational outcomes. Dec 2024 – Present: Research supporting the definition of guidelines for patients’ and organizations’ involvement in clinical oncology research protocols (Health Big Data project, in collaboration with FAVO and IRCCS). Sept 2023 – Present: Innovation of services for families of hospitalized pediatric patients (in collaboration with ABIO Milano and RMHC Foundation). Mar 2023 – Apr 2025: Study on the development, positioning, and future perspectives of the model of Family Center (in collaboration with the Brescia Family Center and ASST Spedali Civili di Brescia).
