Alessandra Gangai is senior researcher at Smart Working Observatory and HR Innovation Practice Observatory of Politecnico di Milano. Since 2015, she is involved in research for the Digital Innovation Observatories on the evolution of the way of working and digital innovation in HR processes. In her professional experience, she has also combined advisory and monitoring activities of Smart Working initiatives to research. She has been a speaker at many events on the topic of Smart Working. She graduated in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, with a specialization in management.
