Andola is a PhD candidate in the Entrepreneurship, Finance and Innovation research group of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering of Politecnico di Milano. Her interest in how innovation and technology influence businesses and society drove the MSc studies in Business Strategy and Transformation, and paved the PhD path on how to improve the efficiency and efficacy of research funding decisions. In particular, her research focuses in the area of science of science funding, decisions science and behavioral economics.
