Rita Zampieri is research fellow at the Department of Management, Engineering and Industrial Economics of Politecnico di Milano. Her research interests lie in the area of Human Resource Management and, more specifically, in the impact of digital transformation on the future of work, both from an organizational (e.g. HRM practices, Smart Working) and an individual (e.g. competencies, skills, employee engagement) viewpoint. She received her Master of Science and a Master of Research in Management from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Currently, she is part of the team of the HR Innovation Practice and Smart Working Observatories of Politecnico di Milano.
