Angelo Cavallo, Ph.D. is Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano. His main research areas include Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy. Since 2019, he is core faculty member at the POLIMI – Graduate School of Management, where he serves as Director of the International Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and the Growth Strategy Executive Program. Angelo Cavallo has a deep interest in understanding how technologies as pervasive enablers are reshaping organizations, influencing strategy-decision making, the entrepreneurial process and relative outcome of both new ventures and existing large organization (in need of renewal). Therefore, his main research interest includes: a) Digital Entrepreneurship; b) Corporate Entrepreneurship; ; c) Experiment-based Approaches to Entrepreneurship (e.g. Lean Startup; Agile; Growth Hacking); c) Digitally-enabled Business Model (BM) and Business Model Innovation (e.g. Platform BM; Space-Economy BM; Sharing-Economy BM); and, e) Entrepreneurial Ecosystem and Venture Financing.
