Manuela Balli (Milan, April 26th, 1976), Master Degree in Business Administration at Luigi Bocconi University, Milan. She was Global Marketing & CRM Director at Dolce & Gabbana and before she was Worldwide Head of CRM at Ermenegildo Zegna Group. Formerly she worked at Telecom Italia Group in Marketing dept and before in International Internal Auditing dept, where she supported the launch of Tim Brazil. Since 2017, she has been Scientific Director at MIP corporate training program in Marketing & Sales and adjunct Professor at MIP Masters. She collaborates with Pheel (Polihub), bioscience applied to Marketing. Moreover, she is a consultant using innovation and AI to support companies.
