Filomena Canterino
Core Faculty | Associate Professor
Filomena Canterino is Assistant Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. She teaches Leadership & Innovation at the MSc of Management Engineering and she is part of the core faculty of the Polimi Graduate School of Management in the area of People Management and Organization. She is a member of Academy of Management, EurOMA (European Operations Management Association) and AiIG (Associazione Italiana Ingegneria Gestionale). She authored several publications appearing on scientific journals and conference proceedings.
Education
PHD: Management Economics and Industrial Engineering, Politecnico di Milano.
Master of Science: Management Engineering, Politecnico di Milano.
Her research interests concern organization and leadership in the context of organizational change and in the context of innovation. In particular, she carried out action research projects with companies focusing on leadership dynamics in business transformation, employee driven innovation, and organizational and cultural transition towards the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies.
