Giuliano Noci, Full Professor of Economic-Managerial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, holds the Chair of Strategy & Marketing and serves as Deputy Rector. Ranked by Stanford University and Elsevier among the top 2% most cited researchers globally (2023), he is a member of the Committee on the national AI strategy of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. He has led international academic and industrial initiatives, founded several research observatories on digital innovation, and authored award-winning publications, including Disorder (2025). Columnist for major media, he is a frequent TV and radio commentator on innovation, geopolitics, and the global business landscape.

His research interests are focused on the analysis of the impacts generated by digital technologies on business model, marketing strategy, and marketing communication. He leads a number of research group on digital market innovation. He also founded Osservatorio Multicanalità (a research group of multichannel marketing), and PheeL (the laboratory of biomarketing).
