Michela Arnaboldi, Ph.D. is Full Professor of Accounting Finance and Control at Politecnico di Milano. She is the Director of Institution and Public Administration at Polimi Graduate School of Management. She is member of the board of the Department of Management Economics and Industrial Engineering, where she is part of the PHD Board. She is coordinator of Urbanscope, the interdepartmental Lab of Politecnico di Milano on the use of analytics for decision making. She's author of over 70 papers published on national and international journals and conference proceedings

Her Research activity focused on two interrelated stream. The first is the use of analytics in decision making and performance management. The second stream analyse the change in the public and cultural institutions due to analytics and more generally digital technologies
