Mattia Olive is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Management, Politecnico di Milano. Mattia Olive's research focuses on the impact of digitalization on professional work, with particular attention to health professions such as medicine, nursing, and psychotherapy. His work lies at the intersection of organization studies, sociology, and information systems. Within the Digital Health Observatory, he carries out applied research on the impact of digital health on various stakeholders, the adoption and diffusion of digital tools, digital health policies, and maturity models. As part of the Longevity & Silver Economy Observatory, he investigates attitudes, competencies, and preferences of the senior population, with a broader focus on the longevity phenomenon and the role of innovation and technology in shaping this domain.
