Valerio Traquandi

Graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London, he then went on to engage in entrepreneurial activities in biodynamic agriculture, while at the same time engaging in independent research on the topic of change management and the role of marginality. In recent years he has been involved in research and consulting activities in the areas of human resources and occupational psychology. Current fields of research include complex systems principles and Lacanian theories applied to organizational contexts.
