Stefano is a PhD Candidate in Management Engineering, in the Department of Management, Economic and Industrial Engineering.His research topic is the Exponential Organizations, moving through the intersection of innovation, organizational design and strategy. Moreover, he is active in the startup context and he supports teaching activities of the Leadership & Innovation course.
