Caterina Alessandro

Short Profile outline

Formerly management engineering student, following the International Business specialization track, Alessandro is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Management Engineering of Politecnico di Milano. Focused on the theme of Open Innovation, his Ph.D. research is centered around the development of organizational configurations to enhance firms’ innovation management capabilities and decisionmaking process, along the evolution of collaborative innovation projects, with emphasis on the relations between different organizational determinants of innovation and the outcomes associated with the different combinations they generate.
