Luca Baiguini

Short Profile outline

Luca Baiguini is Adjunct Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. Since 2006 he teaches in the Executive MBAs, in the Specialized Masters and in the Corporate Academy. The topics he covers in his teachings include: Negotiation, Public Speaking, Leadership, Team building, Team management. Since 2011 he teaches Organizational Behaviour in the Project Management Academy of Cefriel – Politecnico di Milano. His current research interests include persuasion strategies, public speaking, communication about occupational hazard, conflict management and negotiation, management of innovation-oriented teams.
