Ilaria Durante

Short Profile outline

Ilaria Durante is Ph.D. Candidate and Researcher of the LEADIN' Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation of the School of Management - Politecnico di Milano. She is also Senior Researcher at the Observatories “FUTURES | Sense Making by System Thinking” and “Design Thinking for Business”. Her research interest focuses on design-driven future-making practices in organizations, at the intersection of the areas of Organization Studies, Futures Studies and Design. She has published on Creativity and Innovation Management Journal. She is teaching assistant in courses at Politecnico di Milano and she is POLIMI GSoM Adjunct Faculty Member.
